No! Both, the Pinger and the Bike Citizens app are free to use during the period of the campaign.
In case your Pinger is damaged or doesn’t work, send an e-mail to ping@mobiel21.be and let us know what the exact problem is. Please be as detailed as possible, and provide us with your name and address, so we can send you a new Pinger or help you fix yours.
Yes, it works on iOS and Android, but not on a Windows phone. Furthermore, it works on an iPad and Android tablet.
Once you receive the Pinger, you will get an individual voucher for the Bike Citizens app. You need to download the app and synchronise it with your Pinger.
