What to do if my Pinger is damaged / doesn’t work?

In case your Pinger is damaged or doesn’t work, send an e-mail to ping@mobiel21.be and let us know what the exact problem is. Please be as detailed as possible, and provide us with your name and address, so we can send you a new Pinger or help you fix yours.

Do I need any special features on my smartphone?
